Today in the United States, women represent more than 50% of the labor force, and one half of college graduates. However, there is still great disparity with respect to women’s representation in the corporate boardroom.
VIEW WEBSITENationally, women occupy 15.2% of publicly held corporate board seats. In central Ohio, the number of women on publicly held corporate boards is 12%. Women At The Table wants to increase this number.
NDesign built a filly-customized membership system and database, that allows Corporate members to log in, and search for qualified Board Candidates. The system also allows the candidates to create a full bio, upload their qualifications and resume, and add themselves to the searchable database.
